Single-use Personal CNC License Agreement

One-Time Single-Use License Agreement for Teardrop Camper CNC Files

ONE-TIME SINGLE-USE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This One-Time Single-Use License Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between [Licensor Company Name], a [State] corporation with its principal place of business at [Licensor Address] ("Licensor"), and [Licensee Name], an individual/corporation with its principal place of business at [Licensee Address] ("Licensee").

1. Grant of License 1.1 License Grant: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, one-time, single-use license to use the CNC files for a teardrop camper design ("CNC Files") for the sole purpose of creating one (1) teardrop camper.

2. Restrictions 2.1 Single Use Only: Licensee may use the CNC Files to create one (1) teardrop camper only. Any additional use requires a separate license agreement. 2.2 No Distribution: Licensee shall not distribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the CNC Files or any derivative works to any third party. 2.3 No Modification: Licensee shall not modify the CNC Files without the prior written consent of Licensor.

3. License Fee 3.1 License Fee: Licensee shall pay Licensor a one-time license fee per use, due upon execution of this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property 4.1 Ownership: Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the CNC Files, including all intellectual property rights.

5. Term and Termination 5.1 Term: This Agreement shall be effective as of the date first written above and shall remain in effect until Licensee has created one (1) teardrop camper using the CNC Files. 5.2 Termination: Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if Licensee breaches any of its terms and conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability 6.1 No Warranty: The CNC Files are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. 6.2 Limitation of Liability: Licensor’s liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount of the license fee paid by Licensee.

7. Miscellaneous 7.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
